Built for the unpredictability of the field, the Field Camera Strap is crafted from double sided Italian Buttero leather that softens and molds to your form over time.

Its tapered design narrows smoothly toward the split rings, ensuring a comfortable and natural fit whether worn across the shoulder or around the neck. The sturdy center-bar buckles allow for three different points of length adjustments on each side, so you can easily customize the length (-+ 1 inch) to keep your camera perfectly positioned, whether you’re wearing a light shirt or a heavy jacket.

Two options for leather tabs lined with suede fit over the round lug mounts and protect the camera from the pair of 304 stainless steel split rings.

All of the hardware—including the center bar buckles, double-capped rivets, and split rings—are plated in a highly durable matte black PVD coating, adding to the stealth nature of mirrorless cameras.

Care

Avoid direct contact with water. For stains, gently rub the surface with a damp soft cotton cloth and dry for a short time in the sun or a blower. Over time, use a colorless leather cream to clean and moisturize your item.

Our products are packed in reusable kraft boxes/envelopes and dustbags.

Italian Vegetable Tanned Buttero Leather

Buttero is a traditional full-grain leather from the renowned Conciera Walpier Tannery. Shoulders of hides, are tanned using natural vegetable tannins such as the barks of trees and other organic materials resulting in a buttery smooth and firm surface. The leather has a matte finish which gathers a deep and glossy patina with time and use.

Handmade

All of our products are individually handmade in our studio using traditional leather crafting techniques. Full-grain leathers, sourced from the finest Italian tanneries are cut, stitched and burnished by hand to create designs that combine functionality with minimal and modern aesthetics.
